Limerick GAA - We get knocked down šŸ

Youā€™re a jokeā€¦ you were delighted 2 years ago when Waterford won the Minor All Ireland after being beaten twice - but Limerick come back and beat Cork and yourself and the Clare hurling banter page are up in armsā€¦ If Cork were good enough they would have beat us the second night too. Now get back in your box or I will kick the shit out of you.

Up Cork.

So that minor team are losers not one and ye get excited

Whoā€™s getting excited, pal??? Looks like youā€™re the only one getting excited about Limerick, as usual.

Hold on you told me that their the new team

incorrect, Joe.

Home and away is for Munster council games. Round two qualifiers are normally up to the CCC to decide venues.

Oh correct

I think itā€™s great for a weak county like ye

Last yearā€™s minors, Joeā€¦ last year.

Oh yeah did they lose 2 or 3 times??

No, Joeā€¦just the once in the final.

Next few weeks is huge for the short term future of Limerick hurling. An early exit will probably see the firing of Teege (not necessarily bad) fans turning on the team and a pile of young lads being thrown in at the deep end next season. I still believe we are short 4/5 players but a bad year this year and it could be hard for a lot of the older lads to come back again, This team has been on the go four years now needs freshening up not wholesale reconstruction.

You are a proper cunt.

Come on Limerick always.

Looking forward to this eveningā€™s senior camogie clash between Wexford and Limerick in Wexford Park.

Does anyone want me to do a match report?

What time is this on? Is it the curtain raiser to the senior game?

5pm. Itā€™s a curtain raiser indeed.

In days of old I would give you an Informative rating.

Good idea to have something on before the main game, in fairness.

I expect to be looking at the back of Dunnes Stores for some time before throw-in in Mullingar tomorrow.
