SPECULATION that Limerick boss TJ Ryan will move Declan Hannon back to bolster his half-back line for Sundayâs All-Ireland quarter-final is way off the mark, according to former county star Mark Foley.
âAnyone who has watched Declan playing regularly, either for the club or in colleges, knows that his place is in the forwards, not in the backs,â Foley said.
Walsh is wrong. I was at that game and Hannon played centre-forward before being replaced at half time.
Wexford look a decent side but we should have too much scoring power for them. Theyâll be a tough nut to crack after their run of games but Iâd expect to run out 5 point winners after find our scores easier to get.
agree with this - I think Limerick will be more efficient than Wexford in getting scores and that is what generally makes the difference at the business end of the championship
Kelly is referee and will whistle for fouls rather than try and play an advantage so assuming Dowling doesnât have an off day he will keep score board ticking over for Limerick
Lads, enjoy Sunday and lets hope we get our forwards moving, if we do we will get the right result. I am on the beer for the weekend so hoping i will be happy come 3.40 on Sunday. Hon the fucking treaty #PullHardPullOften.
