Ncw won the west senior final tonight on a score line of 0-8 to 0-2 v St. Kieranās. In what was a poor game from start to finish Shemus Mcnamara made an even poorer attempt at refereeing it.
No surprise there, that bollocks blew against us last game out in NCW as well.

Cian Sheehan wasnāt bad at times for Ncw. It was hard to pick anyone else out for either team. St. Kieranās two scores in the game both came from frees.
Pleased with that.
Didnāt get too down after the Munster final and wonāt be getting too worked up tonight. Scored 4-26 and hit a rake of wides. Forwards worked much better today, good scoring power in the side.
Downes had one of those days but I think he is made for Croke Park. No worries about him. The game was well over when he came on but great to see Seanie Tobin on fire. Caught five or six great balls. Wexford just had one of those terrible days that I can readily identify with. Hard to really read too much into it overall. Hope Dowling is ok after the bad belt.
Half-back line much improved but a different ball game against Kilkenny. Weāll need a massive display to beat them but Iām quietly confident. Every single pundit will tip Kilkenny, we can prepare without too much scrutiny.
Between senior and minor two more trips to Croke Park this year. Drive it on lads.
