I’m actually not sure. I’ve only been doing them for a few years; I did the Scór na nÓg about 8 or 9 years ago at this stage and that was one-by-one in front of the mic alright, but maybe the senior quiz was different?

Most of the questions were grand, yeah, there were a few dodgy ones which I didn’t like though.

What date is the International Rules on in 2015? I think ones asking specific dates are shit unless it’s a very significant date.
In hurling, how many players can you bring on as a sub for black card offences? This was a shocker, everyone assumed it was a trick question but he had the answer as 3. Obviously after everyone complained, he ended up giving a mark to everyone.

The rest were mostly grand although he always loves asking who’s the head of different unions/organisations which is fair enough, but I rarely have a clue. But I suppose with a 100 questions, you’re always likely to have 1 or 2 dodgy ones. He does a good job tbf to him.
