Yeâre the ones with the knives

Leaving early tomorrow, want a clear head for the stress and anxiety of what lies ahead.
People on about 40k Limerick fans making the trip. Fucking magic. Whatever happens I wouldnât swap what has happened this summer since the Tipp game for anything.
Clare are a quality team with class hurlers but weâre pretty decent too. Please God we can do it. If not Iâll be gutted, would wish Clare the best but weâd still have ended the Munster famine which was beyond our wildest dreams after the league final.
Hon Limerick.
cop man will ya⌠ive backed limerick -5
Some cork fella was in the jacks in the bar last night spouting on about seeing which one of the two walkovers theyâd be beating in the final. I said weâd see how cork get on when they have to play 15 men. Fairly shut him up. Whoever wins they better beat those fuckers!
Leaving at 8.30 in the morn, none of my mates staying up so itâll be an up and down trip sadly but sure fuck it Iâll stay up After the final.
Christ, what lame banter

#GAA has just confirmed to me that Hawkeye will NOT be used for the rest of the day in Croke ParkâŚ
Missed it but apparently Hawkeye made a mistake in the first minute of the minor match.
o_O
Why? Oh - I see you have edited your post.
By the way what are you at following Cahill on Twitter?
It was used in the second half of the minor
Davy hopping mad with the delay - Clareâs warm up plans have now been thrown into chaos. Whereas you can be sure the calm, assured and meticulous John Allen had made provision for such a scenario occurring.
But personally I think itâs ridiculous that the senior match can be put back like this and I donât see why the minor match couldnât go to a replay.

my ould fella texted me to say they are delighted with the delay as the bus from Foynes got stuck in Shanagolden on the way up and they are still only at Naas, they stopped off for one in Naas now
Thatâs an outstanding point

The issue I have with that is this. Thereâs a potential there for extra-time, they know thereâs the potentil there for extra time and yet they still dontâ leave enough time between the minor sand the senior game. Start the minors half an hour earlier and if you think that leaves too long a gap then yeah go for a replay instead. Pushing back a gamee of this importance for something predictable like a draw is very irish
'Hon Clare
Last minute decision to go with Limerick.
By 4-5 in the end.
'Hon Limerick!
