Limerick v Clare AI Semi-Final
:D:D have been drunk maybe once in the last 2 months palā€¦you are really clutching at strawsā€¦ the last time drink was involved in our exchanges I would say was the night you accused me of being Ciaran Whelan !..now that was batshit crazy right thereā€¦you came on here like a lamb the day after thoughā€¦
I see now why you like dogs - obedient, donā€™t answer you backā€¦you must love the power of itā€¦you seem to think you are an authority on everything and that your opinion is finalā€¦

for the record ā€¦you used historical reasoning you lunaticā€¦ ā€˜Is it the fact that Tipp have less Munsters and All Irelandā€™s than corkā€™ā€¦
I know you struggle with question marks and multiple choices (might be why i thought you were Coaran Whelan) but I was asking a question as to why Tipp would be considered a bigger scalp when past and present results are tipped in Corks favour. I just thought it was a strange statement to just come out with in the context of a Limerick-Clare match debate.

because you are saying limerick fans were getting carried away with one resultā€¦I merely pointed out to you that it wasnā€™t one result - they surprised Tipp the first day when they were rank outsiders and then were 50/50 , if not slight favourites, to beat Cork in munster finalā€¦so it wasnā€™t just me who thought tipp was the bigger scalpā€¦no amount of your bull shit talk can change thatā€¦its FACTā€¦ You are being totally inaccurate by suggesting limerick got carried away with one resultā€¦

I think Kev is being a bit harsh on Limerick fans being carried away. Some of our more over confident posting (my one about maybe 5 Clare players making the Limerick team, winning by 15 points) were clearly done to get a bit of a rise out of the Clare lads. I called Kev back and asked him where he saw us losing the run of ourselves at one point and said that between the 4 semi finalists I thought each game was 50/50, and that as a Limerick supporter I saw reasons we could win, and I think that was natural enough outlook for a supporter to take.
Bate by 7 with about 18 missed chances? Agree 100% they shouldnt have been within the stratosphere, no comparison in skill levels or anything between both the teams but fact is Limerick were absolutely horrendous yesterday and they still had more than enough ball to win the game. Clare were outsanding when in posession, but conceded a huge amount of posession that a better team than Limerick would have exploited. Not to take away from Clare I thought they were great and savagely efficient in posession. Three wides all game is some shooting.

Who knows what the limerick mindset would have been like if they had scored all the frees. I thought you could see the confidence draining out of them as the first half went on and they missed all those chancesā€¦killed any momentum they had.
you could apply that exact same logic and analysis to Cork v Clare mark 1ā€¦

Precisely. For hannonā€™s missed frees, read the goal chances not taken by the Clare inside line. Same effect on confidence and momentum.

I watched the Sunday game in clonlara of all places. The Clare lads were genuinely gracious in victory, I couldnā€™t but be impressed by what it meant to them.

Congratulations to Clare, we hardly turned up and they did exactly what they planned to do on the pitch.

Limerick donā€™t have to look outside the dressing room to answer the questions about the performance yesterday. Hopefully itā€™s a case of you have to lose one to win one.

Kelly and Collins were worth the price of the ticket alone.
I sincerely hope they finish the job off now in a few weeks.

Absolute horseshit. Ye were going on about hammering Cork and I was saying keep it in perspective, this was way before ye even knew ye were playing Clare so youā€™re talking thru your ass. Mentioned home advantage, the crowd, the sending off, but I also said ye probably would have won anyway and deserved it. It meant more to Limerick.

There was guys waxing lyrical about limerick players for a week and it was unbalanced.

Tipp were absolute muck the first game, I think we all saw that, Cork ran out of steam and were deflated by sending off (a reason not an excuse). It was pretty plain they hadnā€™t been tested to the max at all yet. To be honest I saw that coming in the final not yesterday. But it did happen and for a plethora of reasons they were brutal. I do think 5 weeks is a joke, Clare had a massive advantage an I canā€™t believe I didnā€™t pick them in hindsight. I thought Davy was Over hyped, but clearly he was on the ball.

I agree with that completely and I posted it on here. It looked as if Limerick were pulling their midfield and half forwards way back for Clareā€™s puck outs in particular and were winning most of the ball. They just didnā€™t do anything with it. This was in part due to Clare being excellent defensively and the effectiveness of the sweeper.

You need to chill out and be less aggressive in your responses when people disagree with you pal.

Kev can do what he wants mate. You need to man up.

Go fuck yourself.

Iā€™m pretty sure Liverpool fans are banned from using that phrase.

Mount St. Kevins erupts again

Everyone bar you saw the gym our in it, even Glas. You stupid cunt.

I didnā€™t see the gym in it, to be honest. Do all your posts now come with such sumptuous fitness facilities as standard?

someone call the ISPCK ā€¦ caomhaoin is giving his keyboard an awfull hammeringā€¦

I can smell the fear

Your right. They were never in the game. My point was if they had scored the frees they would have been! And with the possession Clare gave them their wastefulness gave them no chance and no momentum

Agree with that. Except Cork were nowhere near ad ruthless against ye the first day as ye were yday
