Derek a black academic from the united kingdom got an awful earful of racist abuse from a table of middle aged limerick lads in the texas steakout.
he got a doing on the street in dublin too in fairness while waiting for a bus.
he is a total gent, a lovely man.
young lady on now who witnessed the doing and her cousin natalie got up and sat beside derek and started a good bit of a row with the racists. She got a round of applause off of the the other diners.
Derek got his dinner for free although he possibly didnt finish it, natalie and kathriona paid for theirs.

Texas Stakeout has gone fairly downhill this past 10 years. Not surprised their clientele is of the talk to joe variety now.
