Liveline thread

I have listened back on the website before alright.

Joe has just called Blind Boy a “national hero” now.

I wish somebody had brought up the RA song.

Ah, great, wont someone think of the children. Quick get blindboy back on.

“I dont ring radio stations” Eh you do luv.

I feel the rage dripping from Laura in Dublin’s voice. And she’s not the type of person that normally rings up radio programmes.

I’d like to formally congratulate Willie on his forthcoming re-election to Dail Eireann.

Fantastic Liveline fare today.

Laura was on the verge of tears, oh how I wished blind boy would have come back on and pushed the dozy bitch over the edge.

This will never be topped, my sympathies to Derek Mooney, theres no following that. Apparently John Kelly on Lyric told his listeners to switch over to it

Sad to see young lads supporting these rubber bandits when they should be looking up to outstanding personalities like Paul O’Connell.

Willie O’Dea says “if you’re looking for a ride Sinn Fein run a brothel”.

They are still playing “Horse Outside” on Radio 1, The Rubberbandits couldn’t have hoped for exposure like this.

Heard the start of this earlier but had to switch off regrettably. Great stuff altogether. Willie came out of the whole thing surprisingly well. Has a bit of a sense of humour anyway.

Fair play to Willie, potentially one of the biggest votes in Dail history taking place today but the man still makes time to defend his constituents from dem boys in Dublin .
Now that’s what I call public service! Peter Power may as well not bother putting his name on the ballot now after that.

“Swearing on my tache that it’s good hash”

Blindboy took your man apart.

“It is a joke yeah”

Listening to it now. Blindboy is absolutely scintillating. I was sure the first lad Anthony must have been a WUM, what a clown.

Pretty pathetic that there are some people who’ll jump at any opportunity to condemn something. It’s not even that controversial, a slightly off beat parody of sham culture and nothing more, and there are still cunts who want to claim the lads are promoting drug use or glorifying violence. Goes with the territory for any decent comedy I suppose, unless it’s being spelled out for some people they haven’t a hope of getting it.
