I donât love gypsy beards, just my own. Surely you can see his Gill point has merit? What other things would the senior players be thinking of then? Easy to say it smacks of them looking nervously over their shoulders after a poor result. Points on the board have Liverpool top at this stage. Weâll see come May if theyâre still there but theyâve done that without really hitting top gear and mostly without Torres. Thereâs more to come.
If I wasnât such a pacifist this could be the makings of a decent feud. I definately have time for Benayoun and have already said that he is involved in a lot of the positive things Liverpool do. This is where the comparison with Garcia comes in. Garcia did give the ball away needlessly on many many occasions but he also scored some very important goals ie. Juventus & Chelsea the year they won the CL.

good yeah. fairly bloody hot tho, over 30 every day and over 40 a couple of days.
Benayoun is average at best⌠he produces now and again and leads you to think he is hitting form but he goes missing more often than not. He is fine when playing in Europe and afforded time and space but does not have the craft required for potential champions who are faced with packed out defences each week.
Benitez has turned down Liverpoolâs contract offer. Theyâre in agreement on salary and length of contract but wants full control over âall football mattersâ rather than having to report to the Chief Executive, Rick Parry. Itâll be interesting to see if either party is willing to concede their ground on this.
