Bayern Munich have a habit of losing key European ties at home to severely understrength First Division/Premier League teams after 1-1 draws.
I thought that was a shite game myself. Terrible passing throughout from both sides, brutal attempts at combination play around the box, no efforts of note on target, a general lack of guile and class.
Bayern happy to sit deep to take Liverpool’s pace in behind out of the equation and defend by holding safe possession in their own half with little ambition to do anything progressive.
Liverpool, meanwhile, running around like maniacs as usual hoping for some kind of favourable cannon in the box or for Mane to shin one in.
Fascinating to other people though.

2 shots on target in 90 minutes of football. It was so bad the old cunts on here are reminiscing about a game from the early 80s rather than discuss the European Cup knockout tie they just witnessed.
I think a reform is needed. One legged knockout ties at a neutral venue. Teams are terrified to concede away goals.
The crowd were very noisy in fairness. Really added to the occasion.

All qualifiers in the GAA should be at neutral venues too.
