Coutinho is a great player.
Yes. I expect the Tory scum to go on and win this about 4-1 now.
How we playing?
Decent. Balotelli had a goal ruled out for offside as I wrote that last post but it was his own fault he was offside.
A series of errors there from Lovren, thereās a real slackness to his game since he joined Liverpool. He reacts to everything very slowly and danger only dawns on him afterwards.
Goal?
Itās still 1-1 but Liverpool are looking in bother down their left and their midfield is being overran. None of Gerrard, Henderson and Can are capable of protecting their defence.
Skrtel has done very well on Costa though.

LFC have played well, but Chelsea are well on top now.
Anyone know what the background to this Costa V Skertl spat? The commentator alluded to some incident in the recent Slovakia V Spain game.
Yeah, Chelsea have very much got on top as the game wore on, tactically Liverpool look a mess, there doesnāt seem to be any defensive cohesion to the team when players step out of their position nobody bothers to fill in and the decision making and understanding is pretty poor.
Coutinho has been excellent, lovely slight balance and composure on the ball, Balotelli has been a peripheral figure and Sterling has been very poor.
Not sure, Skrtel has had him in his back pocket so far and Costa really should have been booked by now.
Agree, Costa is really trying to wind him up with the odd bit of dirt, itās a fascinating sub-plot within the game
Ramires was lucky to get away with that elbow too.
Is it HT?
Costa puts Chelsea 2-1 up after 66 minutes.
Henderson showed signs of progression last year but it looks like he has very much reverted back to type now and is shit.
Liverpool should have had a peno there, blatant hand ball.
1-2 FT.
Depressing stuff.
Insipid display from Liverpool, Skrtel about the only decent performer, Coutinho had a bright start as well, couldnāt believe Rodgers took him off ahead of Sterling as well.
Liverpool look like shit, but they were rode by the ref and his linesmen there.
The 2nd Chelsea goal, Azpilicueta was offside, then he took the ball out over the side line. Liverpool should have had a definite penalty when Kayhill handled in the box.
The introduction of Joe Allen instead of Lallana didnāt make much sense either.
