The athletico tragedy will be swept under the carpet like heysel

Klopp clearly does not want to put Arsenal at risk of a similar outbreak. Selfless as always.

Coach Kloppā€™s father Norbert was Catholic.

Found the thread. The usual suspects in flying form after the first leg :joy:

What was the Athletico tragedy?

facts have no place here. Either fall in or fuck off.

Liverpool battered them for 100 minutes and were caught by a couple of very good break away goals. It was tragic.

Was that the match that was played back at the start of the pandemic in March 2020 when the horsey set were super spreading for four days at Cheltenham?

@BruidheanChaorthainn paid for the full price Athletic subscription not realizing itā€™s constantly on sale

Yes. Uefa forced the game to go ahead when Klopp had expressed concernā€¦ The horsey set spent a week drinking and slobbering all over each other.

Liverpool pulling a stroke here getting the semi final dates changed. Mane and Keitas last game at the group stage is the 18th of January and Salahs last group game is the 19th. If Senegal, Ghana and Egypt all fail to get out of the group, they will all surely be back to play in the second leg on the 20th. Its highly unlikely that any of the teams wont make it out of the group, nor is it any way likely that they would play a day after an international game in Cameroon, but the murdering cunts pulled a stroke here to have those players back.

Some stroke from them. Sure Klopp will be delighted with the fixture congestion this will cause. Even better if the FA cup gets put back (surely they could play the 21st or 22nd?) Mo will surely be ready to GO AGAIN

UEFA sent a circular demanding all CL games that week were to be played behind close doors, all clubs complied apart from LFC.

3 weeks later liverpool was a covid hotspot

agreed

They didnā€™t actually demand anything.

Iā€™d say carabao, whoever they are, are absolutely thrilled. Theyā€™ve had more exposure from this than they would have in twenty years of sponsorship of a Tuesday night free to air cup competition for reserves and lads on two weeks suspension for drinking or rape charges.

Correct decision made, Liverpool lead the way again.

Carabao Cup isnā€™t free to air. I think BBC won the rights to show one semi-final leg and the final around 2012 when Liverpool beat Cardiff but outside of that itā€™s been on Sky Sports for a long time now.

@mickee321

The hatred shown to a nice man like Klopp around here is shocking. Please try to be kind.
