Liverpool FC 2021/22

If you were take his prime seasons - identified by you - he got 83 in 140 - still puts him below Kane, Aguero and Henry over their whole season

I’m not sure what you’re looking for in here. You replied to my post where I said said Houlier finished Fowler as a player… Your stats only vindicate me.

A young player bursts onto the scene at 18… Gives us three 30+ seasons on the bounce till Houlier and Thompson got hold of him.

You’ve imagined the rest of the argument and brought shitty stats into a Liverpool thread , a club that’s about emotion and passion, not excel charts.

Jermaine Pennant told a story on Open goal there recently he met Fowler on a night out & he was his childhood favourite player. Fowler was sitting on a couch steamed and pennant looked down & he’d pissed himself.

Fowler was class goway to fuck @EstebanSexface .You’re twisting stats all over the shop there.

He’s holding a 20/21 year old Fowler up against the league’s top ever scorers in their prime … Unbelievable what Robbie did.

Football is nothing with Excel charts.

oooooffffffffffffttttttttttt

he was also a homophobe

he wasn’t. He was a fox in the box who’s goalscoring record wasn’t great. He didn’t really do anything else. He didn’t get involved in the game, he didn’t win headers, he didn’t close down.

Simple facts of the matter. He had what you could class as one above average season. the rest were average or below it.

He was good craic though

Peak Robbie. Probably should have achieved more. Injuries didn’t help. Neither did the emergence of Owen.

a fumbly tap in, a decent finish after mcmanaman ran the length of the half for him and a fumbly tap in

That was his peak @Thomas_Brady - you said it yourself

A very overrated player. Houllier was correct not to persist with him. He had a terrible attitude towards the game

I’d piss myself if I saw Robbie Fowler too

A 18-22 year old scores over 100 goals in 3.5 seasons and he should be binned … You’re a gas man.

Houlier was anti football… It was horrible turgid stuff with 10 men behind the ball. Fowler was never gonna do anything in that system. Not to mind with that cunt Thompson involved.

But the Excel chart doesn’t lie I suppose.

because he wasn’t a good enough player. He had stopped scoring goals. If he was a better player he’d have adapted. He didn’t. Because he wasn’t good enough

Liverpool won a EFL cup when Fowler was in his “pomp”

They won a lot more with Houlliler

Sure pal.

Would you rather Robbie Fowler scored 30 goals or Houlliers trophies… Houllier was spot on

Lashing a ball off Thompson’s big nose was the end of Fowler :grinning:

We were regularly done up like a Kippe in the transfer market around that time.

that was in 01… the decline was in in a big way before then… he scored 3 goals the season before that.
