Liverpool Football Club - 2020/2021

I’d put a conservative estimate that he has earned between £60-70m at Liverpool to do that.

Most clubs would not allow a manager than time and financial backing to achieve that.

20 times over.

The usual suspects in a spin.

Did he?

The likes of Ranieri and Conte have come in and delivered immediate success in Klopp’s time. Guardiola is set for his 4th title. Guardiola looks set to deliver his 8th domestic trophy in the next couple of months.

I don’t think the VFM for Klopp has been that good.

His Mr Nice Guy mask has slipped off too.

Klopp has more European titles in 2019 than the entirety of Serie A since 2010. Conte can barely get out of the group stages in the CL. Cc @ChairmanDan

Klopp is like a guy who repeated his A Levels 5 times to eventually get top marks.

Guardiola has won two premier league titles. He’s in pole position to win his 3rd title not his 4th. He’s also managing a team owned by an oil state.

And Klopp is managing a team owned by a Wall Street hedge fund.

Neither of them are stuck for a few quid.

Eddeson is some keeper

Ah he makes blunders too because of the way he plays. Think of his mistakes for McTominay’s goal in the derby last year or Salah’s in the 2018 4-3 game.

You’re not too au fait about how Hedge Funds operate.

Football clubs are toys and playthings about the rich and powerful. Liverpool have billionaire owners who arrived at the club, wiped out debt and broke world transfer records, upgraded the stadium and facilities, saw the wage bill triple and so on.

You get very defensive about the fact that Liverpool bought their success.

Comparing Man City’s and Liverpool’s owners and coming to the conclusion that they operate a similar business model just highlights your ignorance of how football clubs are run. Klopp’s achievements while under significant financial constraints are all the more incredible when compared with the blank cheques given to his direct competitors. All the more impressive considering the shambles they were when he took over.

Their business models make their money.

The way they run their football clubs is pumping millions of their own personal wealth into the clubs to buy success.

Klopp has spent half a billion pound mike.

My mate is a trader with large bookmaker. They’ve seen plenty of money this evening for Klopp to be next manager to leave. All in the last couple of hours
