Chase didn’t show it for a number of reasons, one of them being he thought the bloodlust from fans to see Tony die was disgusting.
They had gleefully watched him rob, kill, pillage, lie and cheat. They had cheered him on. And then, all of a sudden, they wanted to see him punished for all that. They wanted ‘justice’…
“The pathetic thing - to me - was how much they wanted HIS blood, after cheering him on for eight years.”
Which is a fair point it must be said. Even though he didn’t show it however, he wanted to make it fairly clear that it did still happen, and it’s pretty blatant when you see the clues laid out. Decent summary of them here - http://www.myspace.com/sopranosfan07/blog/277358125
Ridiculous double standards tho. If you wanted to really piss and moan you could also look at the recent media which hunt against Luis in relation to diving, Yet Ashley Young at the back end of last season was at it every other game and not a peep- Nor about Valencia the other day- But we wont go down that road
I’d expect there will be a bit of an outcry against it this time because there is a clear comparison reference. It’ll be interesting to see how the FA justify it anyway.
Interesting article, even if the overall point being made is unclear. If the stats don’t make sense it usually just means that the stats you’re using actually aren’t of any use for what you’re trying to measure.
We won’t know for 15-20 games just how long it might take for Rodger’s blueprint to bear fruit. The key thing is that there is at least a model against which progress can be measured.
I have been strongly impressed by Liverpool in recent games and consider it only a matter of time before the results start coming, despite my reservations about Brendan Rodgers national identity and Murderpool fans I am considering jumping on the bandwagon as I see the footballing side of things becoming very interesting. I also feel a sense of belonging here as I highlighted Fabio Borini and Joe Allen as players to look out for before when they were relatively unknown. I believe this big step from me will also encourage Bandage to come back into the fold.

Can you remind me where I stand on them at the moment? I know I said I was going to support them but I think I withdrew that support after an early season defeat. However, I’m flexible with my opinions and loyalties as always.
Now that Steve Kean’s Blackburn Rovers are but shadows and dust I can commit fully to Liverpool as my English team of choice. Who do we play today lads?
