@fenwaypark the physio reckons I most likely have a bulging disc that is pressing on the sciatica. My general hip mobility on that side (right) is very poor compared to my left, which I already knew.
Heās prescribed me 10 days of mobility exercises before going back to him to add some strength work into it.
Heās hopeful it will sort itself when combined with the right exercises but he also said to put my name in for an mri just to be on the safe side, as if it hasnāt sorted itself in 3/4 weeks then Iāll need one and could be waiting another month if I only look for it then.
MRI is deffo way to go.
