Lockdown Drinking Thread - obsolete

Voluntarily?

I think the goal is to stop drinking in people who cant really afford it. But even then its counter productive as they’ll find a way

Molloys chain in Dublin doing it till 18th

They’re doing that up here. The lad in the local one says its mental every night at 7.55.
Helluva a way to cut down on social contact. The brains of our politicians…

This stuff doesn’t be seen around these parts too often

I went with Beamish

The Murphys can is too smoky tasting

Pure piss. I bought 4 cans of it last year. 2 of them are still in the press.

Ah, I like it

Jesus no. Beamish is a far superior Guinness alternative

In cans, 100%

Out of a tap, Murphys is nicer

It is but like I said I do like it and you rarely see it round these parts.

Still going well on a dry January but craving a beer today, whats the best non-alcoholic one out there?

I might pick up 2/3 different ones after work and try them out.

Cheers, that’s handy :+1:

Jurgen might have you back on the hard stuff

What a weirdo.

I have complete contempt for anyone who drinks non-alcoholic beer in private. The only point is to trick other people think that you’re drinking a proper man’s drink.
