Lockdown Drinking Thread - obsolete

Seven empty cans of porter still sitting below in the office beside the laptop - Iā€™ve a whole three days to tidy them up before going back to the grind on Tuesday. Hopefully I remember them at some point.

Jesus the entirety of tfk lost the run of themselves last night. I had 3 insanely strong White Russians and 6 cans of insanely weak but refreshing carlsberg. Played warzone till 2 am

You donā€™t win at it. You just die slower than usual

anyone on it now?

Iā€™ve a few lovely bottles of Estrella sitting in the fridge. Iā€™ve to rake a bit of a lawn after the dinner (1pm) and once that is done (4pm) iā€™ll crack one open.

Big lawn. Youā€™ll drive a few of the townies mad with that.

6 bottles of bitburger last night on a zoom session, fresh out. Iā€™ll have a few bottles of stout tonight to mix it up.

Three hours to rake your lawn? Landed gentry.

Heā€™ll drive the muldoons mad too at the thought of raking the lawn. Heā€™s making a play for a COTY nomination.

If heā€™s raking the moss up that takes a bit of time tbf

Thereā€™s chemicals for that.

Go on, enlighten me. A wire leaf-rake seems the weapon of choice here but Iā€™m interested in your ideaā€¦

Dunno. Some lad put stuff on our garden there lasht week, and all the moss , which was most of the garden, went black.
Yesterday I observed two magpies and a squirrel having a fight in said garden, so the chemicals may have side effects.
And the day before that, some cunt of s magpie was trying to get in through the outside doors into the bedroom, and us still in the bed.

Grand so. But the moss, what about the moss? Your wizard of a gardener probably spread a blast of sulphate of iron on the ā€œlawnā€ and Hey Presto, the moss turns black.

Itā€™s the removal of said moss (now black) that requires manual effort. Google your buddy Hector Oā€™Huckster there, he gives a fine demonstration of raking moss.
