I see Killian Brennan signed for Drogs, huge for them getting a player of that quality. He’s in the twilight of this career alright, but he’s been one of the very best LOI players over the last decade or so.

It’s a lot easier laying down a new pitch then building new stands. The pitch at Oriel was an absolute disgrace so it’s good that they have got rid of it. The ownership issues surrounding the ground have been sorted and Dundalk FC have taken full ownership of the lease, John Delaney was a key figure brokering the agreement between the Casey family, Dundalk FC and Louth county council.
I’d expect ground improvements to follow shortly.
