Long term punts

I think those odds are short enough. They’ll be more competitive but they have a long way to go and Davy will restrict any progress for at least two more years

Alberto Contador a near cert for the tour de France at 11/10.

Very bad odds.

Was looking for this thread and came across this piece of genius from the Runt.

You’re going to lose this bet.

Chelsea and Real to win their respective leagues works out around 6-1. I will be punting this. Mourinho is a winner up against a loser in Moyes. Which leaves Pelligrino. 9/4 is generous enough on what I see as a 50/50 between city and Chelsea. And Mourihno is going somewhere he knows well and likes.

Real have Ancelotti, a man well used to winning leagues. And a shitload of good players. Barca have Messi and Neymar but who knows how the new coach will settle and if the team can pick itself up from a demoralising european finish to their season last year(albeit having had a shit hot league campaign).
6/5 isn’t generous but again is fine for a 50/50.

I’ll be lumping on in the hope that whatever happens, by March it’ll be greenable and by May it’ll bloom.

Unrelated but seeing KIB tips here brought back memories!

What exactly did Rocko do to hunt him off the site. Seems to have bypassed me

He told the board about KIB’s father being done for being a stalker. It was a convo they had over PM.

Fucking hell Renton. Lets just re-iterate that what Rocko was alluding to in an underhand way, was complete bollocks. If he did the same to any of you, you’d rain hellfire on him.

Another super @Bisto prediction

I’m only stating what said, I have no notion if it was the truth or not, mate.

Sounds like Ditzy has an inside track, I wonder if he was ever investigated in line with this allegations?

but you don’t say anything when I do get it right… bitter cunt…

I said plenty when you get it right you stupid cunt

This old chestnut. Can one allude to something in anything other than an underhand way? I think you’re using emotive language there Fitzy.

Agreed completely on the first part. I think it’s a two horse race and I think Chelsea are the better (more settled) team in that two horse race so it’s a good price.

Less convinced by Real, but more because the price is shit. If rumoured transfers materialise and they buy Bale and sell Ozil they’ll have seriously weakened IMO.

Fair enough rocko. But I’d have doubts about barca being able to continue as they have the last few years. You can be sure that ancelotti will settle down very well and produce results, in which case barca will have to be very good to win it imo.

Andrew Conway 20/1 top try scorer Rabo regular season. 8/9 tries should be loads to get into the places. He should start most weeks for Munster with likely no international commitments.

Somewhere around 13 tries would see you in with serious chance of top tryscorer.
