Excellent episode I thought. I think stories that come to nothing (eg Scotty) add good dimension. If every aspect was crucial to eventual outcome would be less realistic and realism seems to be the main gripe.

I think the Nidge actor has had enough of the notoriety judging by the way he cuts around Dublin 2 all the time with his hood up and his feigned interest and amusement on the Late Late Show a couple of months ago when Tubridy went to some gimps in the audience to have them do their Nidge impressions.
