Mad Men

As a mark of respect for the last nights episode (just watched now) I will be banning all shoes from the office tomorrow.

Never saw it coming :frowning:

A stunning return for Mad Men last night. Fascinating episode with some real blasts from the past. I’m still reeling from the main storyline of the episode.

Donald Draper - what a hero :clap::clap::clap:

Brian, would you be more like Don or Pete in a business meeting?

I wish I could say Don but if I’m being honest it’s definitely Pete.

Really identified with Ken Cosgrove in tonight’s episode :frowning:

Ken really is a lovely fella. I hope @Bandage is like that in real life.

I’m still reeling from that episode. Watching some Louie to get my head right.

RIP Rachel :frowning:

Is that the start of the second part of the final season or what? I think the last time I left it was at a mid season break when Don had a bit of a breakdown.

.

Second part of season 7. Last 7 episodes EVER.

Draper didn’t have a breakdown though, he was coming back into form at the midseason break.

I think he is referring to Dons reaction to Bert’s dance routine at the last scene of the previous episode. It was in fact just Don’s sadness at the loss of Bert. It was possibly too subtle for the likes of glasagusban I suspect.

Ah. It was the break in season 6 I must have left it at so? Been meaning to get back to it, great show.

There’s no break in Season 6 pal. Season 7 is the only season that has a midseason break.

Get yourself together and get back into it. It’s astonishingly good television.

Maybe it was the end of season 6 I’m thinking of. I’m just all over the place it seems, worse than @Horsebox. I’ll get back to you.

You are talking about the end of series 6.

Sound. Must start back at 7 now so.

Them fucking French can’t be trusted.

Roger

Best show ever in my book. The characters are so well written and multi layered.

Rumours of a spin off show when it ends.
