I suspect the family drip feed something to the red tops every now and then as a pre planned effort to keep the case from dying. It must be awful for them not knowing.
A relative of mine disappeared for a stretch before and it was truly awful not knowing what happened.
If the McCanns were working class people, they would have been jailed or had their kids taken off them.

It always shocks me that people (parents of children even) can find humor in that, or cast accusations at the parents because they don’t like the mother,
