If Manchester City are relegated to League 2 it would be a great chance for them to finally win a league title.

City will win the appeal. UEFA have to be seen to at least try. The UEFA committee include what appear to be highly qualified and competent people. If City’s owners are happy to flout human rights then unlikely they give a fuck about FFP.

Incorrect. City aren’t banned for spending. They are being punished over some of their sponsorship deals being paid by their Owner out of his own pocket. They basically tried to deceive UEFA and got caught. On top of the human rights issues anybody that supports city should be ashamed of themselves.
