It looks very sketchy for Liverpool now. The fees they are paying agents is mental. It would be great for football teams if they worked on a budget and weren’t bankrolled by billionaires like city and Liverpool.

Doubt 5th place would get it and I’m fairly sure city will appeal and it probably be postponed at least twelve moths.
