Manchester United 2022/23 - The Reign of ETH

True. They can sign Kessie or Christensen but canā€™t afford to pay them until they shift some earners off the books.

Rumour is Aubameyang could be moved on this window too.

Or that Barca are not the biggest club in the world.

Iā€™d be expecting 16 from 18 points here.

I see we have Home Games on the opening day, final day and Boxing Day.

Great work from the Fixtures Computer.

Wash your mouth out.

Ah lads, the Pogba documentary has him saying Man Utd made him.a ā€˜nothingā€™ offer.

Ā£300,000 per week for an underperforming and often injured player, Jesus wept.

If ye may have given him Ā£400k he might have tried a leg

Apparently he was awful insulted they only triggered the extension and didnā€™t offer him a new deal.

Is it out yet? I love an auld football documentary

Must be, unless this is just a clip from it

I wonder was he ā€˜literally shaking with rageā€™ when he heard what they had the cheek to do. Like the time Ashley Cole got his offer from Arsenal.

Didnā€™t do Ashley any harm in the long run

Ā£300k per annum is over paying that fella.

A lot of racist undertones when it comes to this young manā€™s treatment youā€™d have to say

The De Jong transfer is a weird one. Heā€™d prefer to stay with Barca, understandably, but is open to joining Utd is Barca have to sell him.

Barca are stacked with midfielders and are looking to recoup the money they spent on De Jong. However, only Utd want him, so far, so thereā€™s no chance of a bidding war materialisijg. Due to this I think itā€™s wise of Utd to sit tight and let Barca reassess their financial needs, which is supposedly to be happening this week.

It all makes sense but Iā€™d be happier to see them move on some other targets like Sangare or Pau Torres while this is playing out.
