The next battle is Champions League Vs Super League. Will there be a proper breakaway or just more pointless fixtures in the CL.

The Super League was mainly a ploy to try wrestle back financial supremacy off the State/oil run clubs. Really a wage cap and restricted transfer spend is the most feasible way to level the playing field. At present international football is far more equal than the club game.
