Modric bro, they tried to shunt him onto the wing at Spurs and then Harry moved him in and the rest is history. Vitinha played from the left or was a sub at Wolves. DiMaria transitioned into central midfield successfully as his career wore on. Riquelme was shunted to the left at Barcelona, Villareal play him in the middle, he clicks and becomes one of the best. Antoine Griezman was a winger, played a free role centrally for France dropping deep, Cesc Fabregas has a former winger killing it in central midfield at Como now. There’s loads of these guys man. That’s just off the top of my head there are more.
There was a lot of chat in recent years about how man united and Liverpool were never properly good at the same time. Will this be the first time theyve been shit at same time? Probably the early 70s since both finished outside the top 4 even.

A centreback and a failed winger is the perfect balance in midfield I’m nearly sure, but we may never see it.

Also Declan Dalton should play in goals and the two lads from the Glen should be midfield. Fitz and Tim should be corner forward, Joyce corner back, and that savage from the Barrs should be leading the attack from 11, not mincing around in the corner!!!
