Ferguson sacked his captain for speaking out publicly against the club and management which is exactly what Sancho did after refusing train.
He scored a wonderful goal that day after Sancho spit the dummy out the previous day.

Ten hag was very good to Sancho. He played his best run under him and then Sancho had severe mental health issues during the World Cup. He came back but his form was never great.
