Whats worse is the fans dont seem upset over it. He was and still is, bleeding the club dry.

A much more equitable and fair era back then though. You had plenty of bolters like Forest and Ipswich while there were no major sugar daddies distorting the landscape.
Eh Pep’s Barca destroyed Fergie’s Man United in two Champions League finals. Pep has a 100% record against Fergie in fact.
INEOS have treated Fergie very poorly here though. The optics are terrible, will he still be able to watch matches from the directors box or is he essentially finished as a match going Man United man now?

English teams won 6 (six) European Cups in a row between 1977 and 1982. Unprecedented dominance. Liverpool at the heart of it with Forest and Villa contributing too.
