ETH is a ham but INEOS have made some balls of this. Wouldn’t make the decision in the summer when it could have been useful. Out and out bluffers

How much money did Eric send Ajax’s way?

Still in all the cups, and 29 games left in the league.

Still a chance the new manager can make things something respectable but hard to be confident.

He can I suppose but it was always going to end like this. The nettle needed to be grasped and a manager who wanted to sign players from clubs other that Ajax brought in earlier. Last year was abysmal.

Will Amorim bring @dodgy_keeper back?

Better chance of getting Luke Shaw back I’d say

He had to go but it still came as a bit of a shock to me when it was announced this morning.

After yesterday’s result I thought he might be gone after the Chelsea game. They should have been out of sight at HT yesterday.

13 games this season between league and cup and 4 wins (Fulham, Southampton, Barnsley and Brentford) Just not good enough.

He gave me some good days out and with any luck the new manager will be in place for when I go to the game vs PAOK next week :relieved:

Ouch

It was a strange game to sack him.

They got no luck in front of goal this seasons. Palace, West Ham and Brighton should have 9/9 but instead 1 from 9 all done to horrendous finishing.

It’s mad to think how good he had Ajax. They nearly won the champions league and a lot of the players, who were hugely touted, wound up being busts. Nothing from him or most of them since would suggest they’d come close to the champions league again.

That would put between Arsenal And Liverpool in the table.

He’ll rock up back at Ajax now and them about 500M better off thanks to him
