I was talking specifically about them not contending for the top prizes. It has NEVER happened before for this long that the richest clubs don’t compete. If you can find another example id be glad to hear it.

That’s true too but relative to history, fan base and money spent on transfers and wages they are the worst performing club in the history of professional sports.

Interesting listening to Graeme potter he said it was Chawke and cheese comparing the set ups in Brighton and Chelsea.

Also shows how big a club man United are when Amorim said Jose getting the job gave the average Portuguese person a lot of confidence to go out into the world and succeed.
