Fred fouled De Gea as a corner was cleared. De Gea went down, Arsenal player took a long harmless shot and it went in cos he stayed down.
Id say this could be the first substitution out of mortification in premier league history

Very poor sportsmanship from Woolwich. They did something similar against Watford a few weeks ago as well, taking advantage of an injury to a Watford player to score the winner in a 1-0 win.
