What is Sleepy Ralf’s role exactly? I understood initially that it was a Sir Bobby Robson/Steve Staunton type dynamic, helping the rookie Coach Ten Hag who was stepping up into serious management from managing kids.
Sounded like there’s a HR element to it as well though now, going around firing staff.
