Players just arenât motivated in the EPL, any player who has played in both England and Italy will tell you the vast difference in the approaches to the game between the two countries. In Italy managers and coaches will work you to the bone, in England players just turn up to collect their wages.

Donât know how you make that one out, even former Man Utd player Paul Ince pointed out that he looks in far better shape than he did at Man Utd.
Ince also said that you train an awful lot harder in Italy and you become a better player there.
Ince played in Italy 25 years ago at a time when the competitive nature if that league was at its peak and they were lording it on European competition.
