Interesting he forgot Garanchos superb winner last season.
A player he dismissed earlier today.
I was replying to the piece where @ChairmanDan had alluded to it. Merely asked was he any good earlier. The general consensus is that the jury is still very much out on him.

I have no doubts ten hag will turn things around and prove everyone wrong.
He’s an outstanding manager who inherited a desperate mess along with several other side shows unfolding including ronaldo, greenwood and the sale of the club.
He overachieved last season and is paying for that this season.
I’m amazed by the reaction. It’s like all the good work last season didn’t happen.
My main issue is that they were actually shite last year too. They almost never played well. Every other PL team plays brilliant some weeks and hammers teams. United just got some good results but that may be just what happens when you’ve got a huge squad of very expensive players and a massive support at every home and away match. On average you’ll win a lot of games against teams who don’t have that. I don’t think he’s doing any better really than the previous few managers. I don’t see him getting anywhere near the top teams in Europe but maybe you’ll be right.
