Yeah. Last night I was in there was 2005 & I was off my face. Only noticed it was demolished today passing through.
The Red Carpet laid outside the Devon Inn was some sight, wind has it in knots.
I had to google gogos but I know the site well, itâs been many things down the years. If I get into town tomorrow I might chance one of those 3 euro donuts, Iâll be sure to review it here.
I was down in Cork today to visit my mother, just had the dinner In the meatball place off paul street and a goo around Waterstones.m
Yes. Serious roaster spot. Savage feed
No need for a dishwasher back thereâŚ
I was at a wedding there last year. Bride and groom were dead late arriving. Then had speeches before meal which dragged on. We didnât get a bite til after 8. I wasnât expecting much considering the delay but it was savage. Nothing too fancy but good beef well cooked and brought out seconds and all.
Served til fellas had no money left then an all. Proper wedding spot
Theyâd look after you back there in fairnessâŚ
No pretentious shite like youâd get in other placesâŚroasters are fully embraced.
The Strand as an example is a cunt for a wedding or any other occasion really.
Family of my motherâs are related to the Devon Inn crowd. By all accounts, a smashing spot for a good country wedding. Parents have been there a few times and gave it the thumbs up. My father is a pure roaster so id say the spuds are good.
If you donât cater for roasters in West Limerick then youâre going to have a fairly small customer base.
Very true.
Roasters with plenty of money.
Here are the buns in question, the two lads behind the counter seemed decent sorts, their good humour may have to do with the fact that apparently they canât keep up with the demand so far, as this is their first Saturday open God knows what business theyâll do today.
Sick fuck.
Iâll be lucky to have a bite mate. The long one has lemon curd, I do like a nice lemon meringue pie so Iâll have a bit of that later on with a cup of coffee.
Youâre a gas man.
