Eamonn will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Mary (Kathleen) née O’Shea, sister Detta Smyth, brother Paschal, brother-in-law Geoff Smyth, nephew Gaylord, grandniece Kate, grandnephew and godson Athol, goddaughter Christine, the O’Shea family, his extended relatives and friends.

Originally from Newport. Gay was a family name according to the auld lad (the deceased had a brother called Gabriel) and was what was used.

The use of the term Gaylord as a mildly derogatory term is relatively recent I’d say
There was a famous baseball pitcher called Gaylord Perry who never needed to shorten the name
We have successfully appealed a car clamping from those cunts at APCOA and now they owe us the money back, what a victory for the little man

Fair play! I got stung once in an underground carpark in Kildare. A friend gave me his pass, and I had it left on the passenger seat, so they told me it couldn’t be easily read. I suppose, in theory, they were right, but it was there, clearly visible. You could have read it if you made an effort!

Mine was down to bad signage, outside the French table, APCOA is supposedly painted on some parking spaces but it’s practically invisible, we thought we were in n a French table spot but we weren’t
French table is “meh”!!
