The building at the corner of Ellen & Michael Street looks well and is nearly completed.

Some of them are literally non descript brown brick buildings, would have made no odds if they took them down and put them back up again within the new building.

Private developers wouldnt put a shovel in the ground without having a client in the pipeline. This Opera centre with the Council is a different story… but thats public money so its not that important.
They will get government departments to move in there that are already insitu in Limerick
