I was walking past our Lady of Lourdes primary school by Hyde road on Friday. School is finishing and a young lad waiting outside holding a horse. Standard.
His younger brother, I’m presuming, comes out and he fires him up on the horse and the young lad, who is about 8, takes off down the road on the horse. He must have walked the horse down to bring the child home. That’s Limerick city

The boy in clonlara was murdered at random it has come to pass…he was outside the crossroads at o shays with friends & scum passed in a robbed car and tried to rob his bike or asked him to hand it over & he said no…they then waited nearby until he was leaving and beat him up & robbed his bike and rolled over him in the car purposely…this is one of the lowest crimes ever committed in our area & not being shared… savage murder it was… the car was burnt out in northside…

It’s an awful story. My wife randomly ended up talking to the victim’s sister today. Killed over a fucking bike. Horrendous.
