My gaff isn’t between the two roads, thankfully. Although the new road itself will only be about 3 fields up from us. Croagh Village will have its slip road and that’s all that matters.
Adare is a fucking traffic nightmare anytime from April-October. It isn’t much better during the winter season.

Have they the deal done with all the affected landowners? That seems to be as big a stumbling block in these projects and funding and planning
From what our local councillor told us recently, they’ve sorted 90% of them.

Portley’s is up for sale also. I heard it was being leased but this add looks like a sale.

Patsy Nichols turnover now, and Patsy Nichols turnover without Patsy are two very different things. The place is flying at the minute but he was telling us he has hardly had a day off in a year
