What gave it away?
You can actually read Punches Cross there on the writing, kind of. I remember it as a much uglier building, but that probably came after. A prime bit of real estate bizarrely left to rot for what 20 years? Planning permission for student apartments in there with a year now and not a sod turned. They are using it as a car park for the vaccination centre, probably paying them so much it doesn’t make sense to start. Crisis? What crisis?
The councillor who must not be mentioned got the apartments blocked.
