Matters Regarding Limerick 🏙️

Fact. The place is overran

In fairness I think they were dealing with the aftermath of the accident at Reens Pike

What happened with the crash? I’m always nervous driving back to NCW

Apparently the locals were ringing Henry Street and Tralee Garda stations as nobody was answering in NCW. They were transferred to Cork so the call could be logged. ROD needs to get finger out

Iv said it here a few times, that stretch of road between Adare and NCW is one of the worst in the country. Have had several close shaves there with people driving like fucking lunatics

I know Cork people don’t leave Cork very much but it wouldn’t even be in the top ten worse stretches of road in north Donegal, let alone the country.

I drove that road everyday for three years. A few dangerous sections (the aforementioned crash site being one of them) but the main problem was assholes behind the wheel, taking stupid risks.

Coming against you or from behind. I always drive bang on the limit and near the hard shoulder. No overtaking . It’s lethal.

Sounds like its the cagers and not the road

Its lethal and your position is to drive as fast as you are legally allowed?

Not more than I should say unlike a lot of drivers on that stretch. If I got stuck behind a slow driver I would wait it out rather than try and chance it…

ROD has, via social media, called out the lawless thuggery witnessed on the streets of Newcastlewest last night.

No reaction yet from that prick Niall Collins.

Or even the local Minister from Newcastlewest.

Dont drive the speed limit mate

It’s a limit not a target FFS

I find if you don’t get near it you have lines of traffic up your hole bullying you

That’s a lovely reason to speed

Is driving on the speed limit speeding on a National road?

I’ve similar videos from Askeaton. Young lads 10 or 12 hassling a guard.
