Aroura is only open a couple of months so I’d be wary of any TA reviews. I had lunch there and it was grand, nothing special, the room itself is nice though.

Is Spice of India still on O’Connell Street? Years since I was last there. The Mogul would have usually been my spot for an Indian. The standards did drop somewhat though over the years. Copper and Spice was good when in town. Someone said they’d cut back their hours in Annacotty?
And, you will love this, but there was a South Indian restaurant over the Glen Tavern maybe a decade ago or so (I think a few different restaurants went in there). I’d what I thought was a seriously tasty dish until I spent the next six hours sweating and sitting on the jacks.

They were ok the other night but can imagine they must have been rough a few weeks ago during the cold snap! Especially if you were stuck in the cubicle pebble dashing the bowl in -5.
