Ah thats adorable.
I walked past it the other day with my bike wheel (I must post about that after). The shop on the corner was selling Limerick flags and rugby books and not much else. So I peeped into the museum. It’s just a dark uninviting lobby with a couple of lifts. A grand place to stand in out of the rain.
The lobby of the Bank If Ireland would be more inviting and better placed to win awards.

It could be the new Cruises Hotel. Everyone from the country visiting town used to go in there to use the jacks.

A lot of Kerry is very poor. North Kerry (until you hit the areas where hurling is played) is awful land with no industry and no tourism. Same with the inland part that runs down alongside Cork.
The beautiful parts along the coast and Killarney do alright in tourist season, but they are all low paying jobs.
