I walked up through Crusies st last week and the problem isnât the street, itâs the hundreds of Limerick shams walking around. Every young wan had painted on eyebrows and massive fake eyelashes. Itâs depressing how scummy the city is now.

It says in the article heâs just looking for a new site. I would be inclined to believe that. That McDonlads does a great trade.
Fairly restricted what they can do there in terms of refurbishment, so I would think it is as simple as that. Maybe a rent dispute with the landlord or something
The McDonalds in the Crescent must be a goldmine since day 1.
Could be negotiation tactic if lease up for renewal.
The Hickeyâs shop is a big unit and it closed down last year. Hickeyâs own it themselves (it was the only reason it hadnât closed down years ago) but I donât think theyâve a hope of selling it.

Serious Garda presence just at the Ballysimon roundabout? (the turn off for Morrisons anyway) about 10 this evening. 4 or 5 squad cars and another 2 or 3 unmarked ones around a car. Couldnât tell exactly what was happening, was ushered on pretty quickly, but it wasnât a crash.
