Where is that going to be exactly?
Coonagh cross
I was in one in the UK last week and was very surprised at how sophisticated the format was for what I thought was just going to be an apple green. All manner of grocery and higher end ready meals in a very expensively crafted retail format.
Big leap up from applegreen format we currently have.
Right there by clondrinagh, on beyond coonagh cross
Must be a file photograph.
There’s no big building like that in Clondrinagh?
Finally a decent food offering on our way to Kilkee.
Might be like that alright. But I’d wager might be like the one I mentioned above. I’d say they saw how the revamped Dunnes format was successfully trialled in limerick before rollout and this one in clondrinagh may be their trial of an higher end m&s one
I noticed the applegreen a few hundred metres up the road has for the lease sign gone up.
Yup thats the one, its a one of those plaza style service stations
Yeah thats the one alright, i say whoever owns it has moved to a bigger spot. Im unsure about the location tbh, a bit more awkward that other similar service stations to get to
They’re building it!
Sorry, the big yoke on the skyline I was talking about.
Applegreen have a decent MandS range here now as well

Soon to be renamed Casey cross
Good to see “Pat Simon” got his little bit of a hoo haa sorted
