Matters Regarding Limerick 🏙️

I believe Eli Lilly have half of them taken already

:joy::joy:

Unless they have a multinational waiting with a long term lease there’s no way they should be building another big office block. Granted by the time it’s actually built we’ll probably be back to an undersupply

I heard last week that one of the big4 bought a set of houses in a new development out the western side. Already filled with their own staff

The market is actually mental at the minute. FDI investment will dry up if we don’t sort it soon

Cllr Elisa O’Donovan on X: “20% of the people living in Ireland were born elsewhere. I am very proud to have been born in London. London was an amazing city to grow up in. It was a diverse city that opened my heart and mind to multiple experiences and opinions :green_heart: https://t.co/rDai08OKvB” / X (twitter.com)

@Kyle ever happen upon this one down your way, pal?

Ask the local green cultist

Google maps always brings up a big ‘Ardnacrusha’ around Raheen.
Is that a genuine place or just a mistake?

There’s a Quarter for everyone here:
Will be a transformative project if it actually happens, which I think it will as the LDA must be under pressure to actually deliver something tangible.

LDA – Colbert Quarter

Limerick City must have more master plans than the Third Reich at this stage.

Is there a shop quarter in the city? Like a place with a few shops? The shopping quarter? Is there a financial district? A CBD if you will?

The vape and phone repair shop quarter is the closest youd get i say

We have a Casino quarter, a kebab quarter and an old quarter.

It’s called the Fashion Quarter.
I think there’s signs on lower Roche’s Street advertising its presence.

Really?

Ya, I’d say it was what started the whole quarter saga

We/they cleared the Jews during the pogrom so that put an end to the Financial Quarter. It’s gone since 1904. It was up around Wolfe Tone Street.
