The guards seem to be hauling in serious amounts of drugs and cash during the lockdowns.
One theory is the gangs have to take a lot more risks in storing cash because the usual businesses they launder it through are shut.
Also risky to be moving stuff at the moment because there is so little traffic on the roads.
A lot more checkpoints on the roads nowadays too
