Mickey Harte's Red Hand Army (2014 Ulster & All Ireland Champions)

Signing in.

Not signing in. Something a bit creepy about Mickey Harte

Can’t see it myself mate but all the best nonetheless

I am tipping Ronan McNabb, Mattie Donnelly and Conor Clarke for All Stars this year.

Would you bet on Cathal McCarron?

It would be robbery if he were to get one.

Signing in.

Not signing in

That’s the end of Tyrone’s chances this year so

Signing in. Hopefully Mickey, Tony, Fergal and Horse can bring back the glory days.

McCarron will be playing with London in this season’s Championship which will make him the best defender in the Connacht Championship.

Wonder what odds McCarron would give you on that?

Yes, I think everyone noticed your weak attempt at humour the first time round but they just chose not to acknowledge it.

It appears you’ve been robbed of your sense of humour.

Red Hand Army?

Can we expect Red Hand of Ulster salutes at matches now?

Tyrone (NFL v Derry) - Niall Morgan; Aidan McCrory, Conor Clarke, Barry Tierney; Ciaran McGinley, Peter Harte, Ronan McNabb; Danny McBride, Conan Grugan; Niall McKenna, Shea McGuigan, PJ Lavery; Darren McCurry, Matthew Donnelly, Patrick McNeice.

Subs: Michael O’Neill, Colm Cavanagh, Peter Hughes, Plunkett Kane, Kevin Gallagher, Conor McAliskey, Tiernan McCann, Emmett McKenna, Ryan McKenna, Ronan McNamee, Ronan O’Neill.

Will be very interesting to see how we get on tomorrow. The full back line is probably our biggest area of concern this year, hard to know where Clarke’s best position is and of course McCarron is gone. Tierney has supposedly done very well in the McKenna Cup so is one to keep an eye out for. Gormley and the two McMahons can come back in as defensive options once they become available.

We have plenty of options in the half back line and I’d like to see Ronan McNabb move up to wing forward. The half forward line was our weak point last year and it has been revamped through the winter. Lavery and McGuigan have impressed during the McKenna Cup and have a real chance to stake their claim tomorrow. Niall McKenna is a natural midfielder so i wouldn’t be surprised if he and Grugan switched at some stage. We have plenty of midfield options with the two Cavanaghs and Cassidy not featuring yet. Danny McBride has apparently had some very good games in the McKenna Cup is another who has a great opportunity. I think Sean Cavanagh will be freed up into an attacking role this year so will most likely operate around the half forward line or at full forward. Mattie Donnelly has also been shifted into the full forward position for tomorrow and I think he can be a real threat there.

The depth of Tyrone’s attacking options is very impresisve with the likes of Ronan O’Neill and McAliskey on the bench and O’Neill, Penrose and Mark Donnelly still to return to the panel. Emmet McKenna is another who has impressed in the McKenna Cup.

I think we will win the All Ireland this year and a victory tomorrow would be a very impressive result for a pretty inexperienced team minus a lot of our key players.

It is rumoured that Tyrone are looking to play a much more offensive style of football this year @Rudi . I really do think we can do this.

The style they played last year was pretty offensive to a lot of people.

Ignorant cunts.

We have been racking up big scores in the McKenna Cup and the black card rule should stop us from being the victims of cynicism.
